ONE of the finest British track and field athletes of all time, Denise Lewis was one of Team GB’s ‘golden girls’.
And now she’s expecting baby number four at the age of 45. Here’s what we know about her pregnancy…
Is Denise Lewis pregnant?
Denise took to social media to announce that she was pregnant with her fourth child.
Taking to Twitter to share a picture of herself in a swimsuit, Lewis wrote: “Well Twitter friends, I haven’t let myself go I’m eating for two.
“Excited and a little nervous even though I have been here before, but hoping for a healthy and trouble free pregnancy.#number4 #oldermom #babynews”.
Denise has been married to Steve Finan O’Connor – who was a former manager to pop group All Saints – since 2006.
When is her baby due?
The sports star didn’t dish any further details on her pregnancy.
However, we can assume that she is at least past the three month mark at the time of her announcement.
And Dame Kelly Holmes seemed to let slip that she had already guessed the happy news.
The former athlete was among Denise’s well wishers who admitted she had already guessed that she was pregnant.
She wrote on Twitter: “Ha ha see I told you I knew…congrats lovely.”
How many children does she have?
Former heptathlon star Lewis already has three kids.
Denise has 16-year-old daughter Lauryn with her ex, Belgian runner Patrick Stevens.
And she also shares two sons, 12-year-old Ryan and nine-year-old Kane, with her husband Steve.
She is also stepmum to Joe O’Connor.
Denise has revealed in the past that having kids had a huge impact on her fitness regime.
She revealed: “I can’t do it like I used to because my children come first and I have to prioritise their needs.
